News/PressNew Leadership Team Joins EBNHCEast Boston, MA, October 10, 2006—The East Boston Neighborhood Health Center welcomes three new members to the health center’s leadership team. Laura Wagner joins as Vice President of the Elder Service Plan, Pamela Pattavina as Director of Marketing, and Helen Hendricks as Vice President of Performance Improvement and Risk Management. “Our new leadership team,” comments Jack Cradock, President and Chief Executive Officer, “will complement the strengths and talents of our existing leaders to take the health center to the next level in each of these key areas. We are thrilled and gratified to have individuals with such strong and diverse qualifications step into these management positions.”
Helen Hendricks fills the critical and newly created position of Vice President of Performance Improvement and Risk Management. With extensive administrative and clinical background in quality improvement and corporate compliance for all regulatory activities, she has a long track record of maintaining excellence in health care and services. Jim Taylor, EBNHC President and Chief Medical Officer, says, “Helen embraces and provides the tools necessary to ensure evidence-based, patient-centered care and safety.” The East Boston Neighborhood Health Center has served the communities of East Boston, Chelsea, Revere, Everett, and Winthrop for over 35 years. From the beginning, the health center’s medical and support services have been defined by the needs of East Boston and the communities EBNHC serves. |
