The Orthopedics Service specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of problems of the musculoskeletal system, such as bone fractures, dislocations, sprains, torn ligaments, tendon and muscle injuries, back pain, and osteoporosis. Our orthopedist works closely with other health care providers--especially colleagues in our busy Emergency and Pediatrics Departments--serving as a consultant to primary care physicians and other specialists.

Dr. Hamedani, our orthopedist, is available by appointment on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The doctor sees patients at the Specialties Department, located on the second floor at 10 Gove Street.
