As a result of our program, our elders are living among us, with dignity and respect in the community that they call home. Senior Care OptionsSenior Care Options (SCO) is a comprehensive health plan open to people who qualify for Medicare and MassHealth. It covers all of the services offered by Medicare and MassHealth through a senior care organization and its network of providers.  |
