Your NeighborHealth team is committed to delivering the highest quality care and services you deserve. Our Office of the Patient Advocate makes sure we stay true to this commitment.

If you want to resolve an issue related to the care you received, please contact the provider or department to resolve it. If they are unable to help you, contact our Office of the Patient Advocate by phone, email or in person. They will listen to you and respond with compassion and without judgement.
